About Ardis

I am a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background supporting both children and older adults. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum and, for the past two years, have provided in-home care for elderly clients living with dementia. I am comfortable assisting with daily living needs including cooking nutritious meals, light housekeeping, toileting, bathing, and personal hygiene. Above all, I strongly believe in preserving each client's dignity, autonomy, and sense of self. I approach caregiving with patience, empathy, and respect, meeting people where they are and adapting to their unique needs. I take pride in creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, valued, and cared for.
