Arden was very sweet watching my 8 month old little guy full time. She was always on time, reliable, and was able to go with the flow during a rapidly changing time period in my little guy’s life. She helped us sort out his nap schedule, helped transition him to solids, frequently took him out on walks. If she ever needed to be off, she always gave us plenty of notice. She also is very great at communication by text.
