20 years of experience have shaped my deep commitment to senior care. I am driven by a passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I have found previous roles in adult and senior care to be positive experiences. I want to make a positive impact on their lives. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families using written daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred method. Earning a care recipient's trust is important. I respect their boundaries, creating a safe, comfortable environment. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I offer respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I have SOME COLLEGE education. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
