Hi! I have over 4 years of childcare experience caring for infants, toddlers, children, and youth. I have experience working with children with autism, speech delays, nonverbal communication, Down syndrome, sensory needs, allergies, and behavioral or emotional challenges. I'm patient, caring, and comfortable creating a safe and supportive environment where every child feels understood and cared for. I have experience with sensory activities, routines, play-based learning, meals/snacks, and helping children with their individual needs. I'm comfortable with all childcare responsibilities, including diaper changes, toilet training, bathroom assistance, hygiene routines, and helping children gain independence. I understand that every child is different and I always try to meet them where they are with patience, compassion, and respect. I truly enjoy working with children and building a trusting relationship with both the child and their family.
