I'd describe my personality as goal-oriented, empathetic, and patient. I like working with kids because I think it is essential to teach children the fundamentals of confidence, patience, and empathy from the start. I'm looking for a job that offers consistency with a loving and respectful family. I started working with kids from a young age, as I come from a big family. Though I have only worked professionally as a nanny for 3 years, I have life-long experience ranging from infancy through early adulthood, as well as with special needs. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, practice yoga, and thrift shop. One thing you should know about me is I am a planner. I like having a specific plan of action, always have backups, and am always prepared. For that reason, I discuss various scenarios with parents before a child is left in my care. My skills include empathetic teaching, play-time, and reading, with some tutoring depending on the subject.
