I enjoy making a real difference in someone's life it's what drives me daily. With three years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I bring compassion and a calm demeanor to every interaction. I am also a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, meditator and an esthetician. I really enjoy creating a a space where they feel valued acknowledged and supported. My intentions is to focus on their all over all contentment, comfort well being . I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am also skilled in mobility and transfers. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare nutritious meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding a person's preferences and history is important to me. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. I look forward to bringing my skills and heartfelt care to your family.
