I provide compassionate, holistic caregiving that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of seniors and individuals with disabilities. I create a nurturing environment that promotes comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. My experience includes assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility support, ambulation, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and wellness-focused routines. I am comfortable supporting individuals living with memory loss and dementia, using patience, redirection, and calming communication techniques to help diffuse challenging situations and create a sense of safety and reassurance. My approach combines compassionate care with wellness-centered practices. Whether assisting with daily routines, encouraging mobility, or providing meaningful companionship, my goal is to help each person experience greater comfort, connection, and joy in their everyday life.
