I provide high-level senior care grounded in advanced academic training and clinical experience. l was caregiver for my grandmother (MS and Alzheimer's), leading to my graduate work in clinical neuropsychology where I specialized in neurodegenerative diseases. My approach is uniquely informed by my background as a published researcher studying the biomarkers of aging and the intersection of stress and immune health. As former Program Director for the Alzheimer's Association, I directed caregiver support and education. I offer expertise in conditions like dementia, MS, and Parkinson's and evidence-based protocols such as fall risk mitigation. I am skilled in technical care, ie med management & mobility aids. I am dedicated to providing informed, dignified care that enhances the quality of life for those I care for.
