Hi! My name is April, and caring for children and families has been a part of my life for many years. I am a mother of three children, ranging in age from 9 to 21, which has given me hands-on, real-life parenting experience through every stage of childhood. As a young adult, I assisted my aunt, who owns and operates a daycare. My responsibilities included cleaning and organizing, preparing meals, leading story time, and supporting daily childcare routines. This experience helped shape my understanding of child development, structure, and nurturing care. In my professional life, I currently work with families to help cultivate healthier parenting skills. I provide parent training and support to families who may be struggling to understand or navigate parenthood. I am patient, attentive, and intentional about creating a safe, loving, and structured environment for children.
