I have been in childcare for more than 10 years. I am currently working with an incredible family with three children ages 7, 5 and 10. After almost five wonderful years with them their youngest is heading off to join his brother and sister in school. I have also been a nanny for a family where I was taking care of another 3 children. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with children ranging in ages from 6-12 working as an assistant teacher. Which led me to a teaching assistant job at a daycare where I worked with the most wonderful 1 and 2-year-olds. Growing strong attachments to the children in the daycare, I think this is what led me to wanting to become a nanny.
