I am soon to be an empty-Nester but far from being a grandmother. I have worked with kids in a variety of settings from teaching to coaching to day care. Most recently, I have left a family that I nannied for for 8 years. The children simply grew up. My current area of interest is with infants and toddlers. I am comfortable with twins. I enjoy reading age appropriate books, singing songs, finger plays and engaging children in sensory activities. Outdoor time is important for children all year within reason. I love to do simple arts and crafts even with the littlest ones. I also feel that developing consistent routines is important for children to thrive. Working with parents to do this is important to me. Pets are a plus.
