Empowering people's lives is what drives me. For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of providing coaching, compassionate dementia-related home health care, respite care, hospice support and care management in a variety of settings. I am passionate about supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence, and I strive to provide a reliable care option for families to encourage client independence and the ability to remain at home. My graduate studies have given me a keen eye for detail. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion with empathy. I offer support with transportation to medical appointments, can collaborate with your medical team regarding medical management, and encourage physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I prioritize patient safety and strive to assist my clients to thrive. I honor the family's preferred communication method.
