I love caring for others, especially the elderly, children, & people with special needs; to provide the help they need to flourish as the unique & special individuals they are. I have years of experience in an assisted living facility where I was solely responsible for supervising & caring for up to 16 elderly residents at a time, on a full-time basis. They ranged from no physical or cognitive impairments to people who needed total assist wheelchair help to Alzheimer's/Dementia care. I work very hard to help preserve each individual's dignity, independence, & quality of life. I also have years of experience as a nanny to children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. I have cared for up to four children at a time, on a full-time basis. I look forward to working within your particular guidelines for your children's individual needs & family goals.
