10 years of experience have fueled my passion for enriching the lives of adults and seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR Training, I provide respite care, hospice services, and dementia care. I also assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written daily reports. My calm and compassionate nature helps me adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I incorporate memory care activities into daily care.
