About April

Hi! My name is April, and I have a lifelong passion for caring for children. I've been babysitting for friends and family all my life, and I spent a year as a teacher's assistant at Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley in Lake Katrine. I cared for preschool-aged children. I absolutely loved that job. It confirmed how much I enjoy working with kids and helping them learn and grow. I am now down to 1 job, as waitress at Savonas Trattoria in Kingston. I am looking for a second part time job! I love spending time outdoors, whether it's exploring nature, playing games, or simply soaking up the sun. I also enjoy quieter moments just as much! Like watching movies and reading books. I am a strong believer in encouraging learning through fun, play, and creativity. My goal is always to create a safe and positive environment for the children I care for. I'm reliable, patient, and full of energy, and I'd love the opportunity to support your family with high-quality, loving care :)
