April is an excellent worker;  very dependable and reliable.   She always does what I ask her to do.   I am a lady in my mid-seventies, so I need April to do things I can no longer accomplish, like scrubbing my floors and cleaning my bathrooms (especially around toilets and shower stalls).  I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I do not recommend hiring April because she did not complete all cleaning discussed, did not respond well about the items missed and her fee was high compared to the quality of her work. The cleaning requested was standard but she did not vacuum the stairs, clean and bleach the kitchen sink, clean the bathroom floor between the toilet and wall and mop obvious dirt off kitchen floor. She responded that she had cleaned everything except the stairs but the dirty sink and floors were obviously not cleaned or not cleaned well. There were a number of other details missed in cleaning such as crumbs on an end table and dust and debris on the floor by couch legs and behind chairs which was also disappointing. She offered to come back to fix the issues but I didn't trust her quality of cleaning and was disappointed she didn't acknowledge or apologize for not doing a complete job and I didn't want her back. Instead I asked her to discount the fee for the things not done or done poorly and she refused. Extremely disappointing-never had such a poor job done by anyone before for basic floor, bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

April just started cleaning for us and we are THRILLED with her services. She is extremely thorough and our house was gleaming when she was done. I can't recommend her highly enough!

April is willing to do most all housekeeping tasks, even straightening up and reorganizing.
