April started with us in January after our previous nanny quit. Our previous nanny found our baby very challenging (he had colic as a newborn, food allergies, and is simply a very determined and energetic little boy, so fair enough!) April has been amazing with him. He loves playing with her and has become much more verbal, is meeting all of his milestones thanks to her work with him. She always gives me updates on him and has a great sixth sense for when something is not right. Cannot recommend her highly enough! If I hadn't been let go from my job, she would be staying with us long-term.
