I currently work for Mesa Public Schools as an instructional assistant. I have been working there for two years now. My first year I worked with low functioning students. My students had Autism and Down Syndrome. I have experience with communication devices as well as picture cards and minimal sign language (basic signs). My second year I was moved to be a one on one aid for a boy who was high functioning with Autism. I have also worked at Guthrie Mainstream with teens and young kids. I am also a caregiver at Guild Care Group.
