Caregiver for my mother. April is knowledgeable, dependable, loyal, patient and trustworthy. She went above expectations and provided a safe and comfortable environment. Worked well with the rest of the staff. I felt she came from a supportive family of her own. Thoroughly knowledgeable and competent was extremely kind and supportive to my mother and the rest of the family. She kept steadfast and focused and loyal to her patient even when receiving discouraging treatment from her patient. She maintained a positive attitude and continued to show kindness.
