My name is April, and I am the owner of Grace & Sunflower Home Care. I bring 11 years of CNA experience and a heart for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and patience. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and I treat every client with the same respect and gentleness I give my own family. I'm CPR and First Aid trained, COVID-19 vaccinated, and experienced in supporting daily living needs such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, errands, and transportation. I stay calm in stressful situations, understand behavioral changes, and always move at your loved one's pace. My goal is to create a safe, peaceful environment where your loved one feels valued, supported, and truly cared for. I keep communication open through your preferred method, whether that's daily notes, phone updates, or regular check-ins. Providing care is more than a job to me; it's my calling, and I'm honored to be a trusted part of your family's journey.
