Before getting my home health aide certification, I had taken care of my late great grandmother for almost 2years. Sadly, I was the only person she remembered or was comfortable with me coming close to her. So I happily accepted it and took care of my love. Since then, I felt in love with helping to keep older people clean, even tho it pays well, I love doing it. Their conversations always put smiles on my face. I've worked in assistant living, memory care and it's still what I did. But now I need more like a private case even tho I'm open to working with agencies. 8-12hours or live in cases.
