Apollonia not only did an amazing job of getting my home tidy and clean, she was also very respectful of myself and my home while my children were present. Her professionalism was also top tier. From my overall experience I would definitely recommend their way cleaning service to others !

I recently had an experience that highlighted some areas for improvement in professionalism and communication. The individual I hired arrived 32 minutes late, which can be quite frustrating. When I attempted to call her to cancel due to the delay, the call went straight to voicemail. Although she eventually texted to say she was outside, I found the situation disrupted the flow of our planned interaction.

Additionally, there was a discrepancy in her pricing. The rates listed on her site did not match those she presented upon arrival. This lack of consistency can lead to misunderstandings and could easily be resolved with clear communication beforehand.

Throughout our interaction, I felt it was important to provide constructive feedback to help her improve her service. I encouraged her to update her profile to include more accurate pricing details and information about potential delays, as this could greatly enhance the experience for future clients.

Overall, while the service provided had potential, the experience was marred by professionalism issues that could be addressed with clearer communication and transparency. I would not consider to rehire Apollonia.

She is hard working and very considerate. I hired her to clean my 80 year old dad's home twice per month. She did such a great job, we decided to have her come once a week. She asked me to write a review a few months ago and I refused. I wanted to wait until I knew she "consistently" performed good work. Now (months later) I can confidently say "yes" I would recommend her!

One of the most meticulous individuals I've ever met. She's efficient, diligent, and incredibly hardworking. She’s gone above and beyond to clean areas I haven’t even mentioned to her and is flexible on her timing and scheduling.
