I provide dog sitting in your own home. I grew up with dogs, in addition to experience as a dogsitter/housesitter and a dog walker. Two areas of experience I have that I know many find specifically helpful are dogs who have either never been away from their owners or who have a history of anxiety either in kennels or other care arrangements, and older dogs including those with mobility issues. Over the past year I used a housesitting app to travel in Scotland while completing my last year of college. Of the six families I have dogsat for on that app, all have given me five star reviews. Those sits ranged from a week caring for a 1-year-old lab puppy who was born during Covid to a weekend with two older pug/pug-mix dogs who got unexpectedly sick right before my arrival and needed to be put on medication and a special diet. I think overall that my clients appreciate my level-headedness combined with my love for dogs. I'm also Dog First Aid certified.
