Hello, my name is Anya and thank you for taking the time to read about me. I'm a Private Care Manager (Patient Advocate) for aging adults here in Polk County. Think of me as an extension of you when you can't be here to care for your loved one. Whether you live in another state or unable to provide 100% due to your work schedule, I'm here it take on that responsibility. I attend all doctor appointments, manage care and keep family informed every step of the way. I provide non-medical essential care inclusive of respite care, on-call and many other demanding everyday tasks.
