About Anwita

Hi! My name is Anwita. I'm 18 years old and recently graduated from high school. I will be starting college this fall at UAB, majoring in Cancer Biology. I have worked with kids for the past 2 years through babysitting and tutoring. I worked as a tutor at Eye Level and am also a certified veterinary assistant. I'd describe myself as responsible, empathetic, and nurturing. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. I love encouraging curiosity and creativity and hope to be a positive role model. I'm looking for a position with reasonable hours, a positive environment, and good communication. I started working with kids at 16 as a tutor at Eye Level. Before that, I volunteered with special needs children and as a reading buddy. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, painting, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog. My skills include communication, patience, and adaptability.
