Proficiently skilled caregiver of 7 years with a solid history of achievements in helping clients and their families. For the last 7 years I have cared for loved ones with dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, MS, MD, quadriplegics, paraplegic, stroke, cancer, and hospice care. I assist with meal prep, as well as feedings, med reminders, personal hygiene, oral care, skin monitoring, bed baths, showers, doctors visits, light housekeeping, errands, wound care, Foley catheters and colostomy bags. I am knowledgeable with the use of Hoyer lifts, Sit to stand lifts, gate belts, suction machine, oxygen machine and partial weight transfers. Great at following specific diet plans and food textures. I do have a 6 hour minimum service per shift
