Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. I'm Primarily a Medical Assistant, working in Montefiore facility and a Certified Home Health Aide with 5 years of experience assisting adults with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility. I am patient, compassionate, and always strive to be approachable. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. When caring for individuals with memory care needs, I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. CPR and First Aid Training are among my qualifications.
