About Antonia

Hello, my name is Antonia A. and I have over 15 years of caregiving experience. If you have not found someone to help your family member, I would love to be considered. I was a massage (both water and table) therapist for many years and am still a yoga enthusiast I have recently completed a year long assignment as a personal assistant to a lovely 47-year-old women recovering from depression. The job before this was a three year position with a Sonoma woman suffering with dementia. She enjoyed art projects, playing cards and doing chair yoga with me. I've worked with an elder gentleman recovering from a stroke for four years. He enjoyed pool walking and word board games. I have recent CPR cert, a 2020 Honda, fingerprint cert and access to other caregivers if you need help putting together a reliable team.
