I have experience with special needs including autism, dyslexia, and otherwise different children. I am excellent with infants and in fact I teach baby sign language and make baby food homemade. I can care for multiple children of different ages at once, including twins. I encourage reading, arts and crafts, and being outdoors. Aside from special movie times, I do not watch tv. I attempt to limit children's total screen time as best as possible. And very importantly, I spend the bulk of my time interacting with the children I am caring for, not on my phone. She's AMAZING! My children love Ann, she takes care of hygiene, manners, school, organization, fun activities, games play dates you name it and helps with general areas of the house. She is calm, fair and respectful, the children learn how to have excellent behavior which is so important. I'd keep her but she needs more hours and my kids are entering kindergarten. We will continue to have her for date nights and overnights because we have complete trust with our precious loved ones!
