My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and respect for each individual's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
