About Anthony

I offer patient, reliable support for children, older adults, and people with disabilities. I cared for my father during his cancer illness from 2015 to 2021. That experience taught me to listen, respect each persons preferences, and adapt as needs change. I can help with companionship, meals, and daily routines. After each care visit, I provide families with a written update about the support I provided and anything important they should know. I earned the NCSF certified personal trainer credential in 2022 and trained in senior, childrens, and adaptive fitness, functional mobility, and sports anatomy. Through my work with special olympics since 2012, Ive learned to adapt activities to each persons abilities and comfort level. I offer optional in home stretching, strength, balance, and mobility sessions, with a movement and flexibility assessment when appropriate. Fitness sessions have a separate fee.
