About Anthony

Hello, I am very passionate when it comes to working with my senior clients and assisting them with personal training to get their strength and active life back especially after having a bad fall and or surgery. I studied Exercise & Sports science in college and received my bachelors degree. I enjoy being active and staying healthy. Although I specialize in Personal Training, I also assist my clients with making and prepping nutritional meals for them. Together, we come up with their own personal training and nutritional program so that they can achieve their goals towards living a healthy lifestyle. I consider myself to be trustworthy, patient, dependable, honest, organized and easy to get along with. I am available most days and hours and I have personal references that I can provide you with.
