Hi there! I am the oldest of five kids so being around children is not a new experience. I have been a babysitter and nanny for multiple families over the past 16 years. I have cared for children from infancy to 14 years. I have had the opportunity to be the lead teacher at a private outdoor-based preschool for children ages 2-4 years old in the last couple years. I have always loved implementing the outdoors and movement with the children I have worked with in the past but this teaching opportunity really helped to cultivate and enrich the ways in which I can aid the children's growth and development. Working with children can be challenging in a lot of ways but I have found this path to be the most rewarding. Every child is unique in what they have to bring into the world and not only do I get to be apart of their lives in a personal way but in turn, I end up learning from them in the process. * Can provide references upon request.

Ansley is not only amazing with children but she also treats these children like one of her very own. My son can be a wild, strong willed kid but she always had such a way with him that her soothing talks and sweet ways worked wonders helping him navigate his big emotions. I also felt that she gave him exactly what he needed whether it was meetups with other kids or lots of time outside at the park. She was also so prepared with snacks etc and if he was having a tough day she was always brainstorming the best way to help him get through it. She is great about communicating, prepared, organized, and thoughtful. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
