About Anshu

Over the past decade, I have worked with students across a wide range in both math and English, supporting learners from elementary foundations through calculus and college-level literature. I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and am currently applying to medical school, a path that has strengthened my ability to explain complex material clearly and thoughtfully. I gained formal tutoring experience working at Kumon and Mathnasium, where I developed a strong foundation in structured learning, skill-building, and helping students build confidence through consistency and practice. In addition, I have spent many years working as an independent tutor, allowing me to tailor lessons to each student's individual learning style and academic goals. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. I aim to improve grades and help students develop strong study habits, critical thinking skills, and confidence in their learning.
