I'm from Brazil originally and I came to EUA as an Au Pair (exchange program that you live with a family working as a nanny and learning English and the American culture). I've been working with infants and toddlers for the past 10 years. I also worked as a volunteer in a non profit organization with needed children and special needs in Brazil. By the grace of God, we connected with Anny. In late April/early May 2020, a month+ into the pandemic, we knew we wanted to keep our son home. We purchased a premium account and quickly this sweet lady named Anny sends us a message interested in our open position. We had a phone interview and within a few moments, we knew Anny was the one for us! We set-up an in-person meet and greet with our son, he loved her within a second and the rest was history! Anny became more than just a nanny for us; she was and will forever be part of our family. She stays in close touch with us and other families she's nannied for and that really touched my heart because I knew she would always WANT to be connected to us. Every day, Anny showed up for work, ready to love and care for my son. Every single day she gave him 100% of herself and helped him grow in so many ways - emotionally, physically and mentally. We will always love Anny and I'm forever grateful for her love, care and friendship!
