I was introduced to Ann-Marie when my father became a resident of the Assisted Living facility in 2012. From the moment she was introduced to my father she treated him like he was her father. He never wanted for anything. A year after he moved to the Amsterdam it became necessary to have someone stay with him through the night. Ann-Marie organized and managed a group of five aides to cover my dad's overnight needs. There was never a night that he was left unattended. She personally covered any night that the scheduled aide was unable to be there. During the time that my father was with us he moved twice. The two other facilities required 24/7 care. Again, Ann-Marie and her team were there for us. As before, there was never an unscheduled absence of care. I spent quite a bit of time with Ann-Marie during this period which lasted until February of 2017. My family and I became very attached to her and maintain a close relationship to this day.
