We hired Ann through Care.com on very short notice, just 12 hours in advance, and she was incredibly prompt and professional in her response. From the moment she arrived, she put us at ease. Our 7-month-old son is currently going through stranger anxiety, but Ann was so patient and gentle with him. She took the time to let him warm up at his own pace and handled him with absolute care and attentiveness. It was clear that his comfort and well-being were her top priority. We’re so grateful for her flexibility and the thoughtful way she cared for our little one. I would absolutely hire her again when the need arises and highly recommend her to other families.
