About Ann

I have an active teaching degree with an early childhood endorsement. I received my degree in Elementary Education with a major in Child Development from Central Michigan University in December 2006. I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages during various jobs and volunteer activities. In the past, I have worked full-time for one family but I used to often work for several families with two or more children of infant and toddler ages. In addition to teaching, I have spent several summers as a camp counselor, plus countless hours in child care. I truly enjoy working with children and I am often amazed at how much they know and can teach me in return. I have an innate ability to communicate with children. They seem to naturally trust me and turn to me. I am dedicated to using this gift to help them learn and grow. I am told I am a compassionate, but firm leader who always makes certain the job is done and done right. Most importantly, I have the ability to love.
