Hi my names Annika and I am 22 years old. I have a RNA and my CPR certification and have a few different experiences working with special needs individuals. In middle school-high school I volunteered with my schools stars program, we went on walks, did homework and hung out during free period. It was a great experience, I got really close to classmates I would of otherwise never had classes with. Sophomore year of college (2018) I watched a special needs child every morning before school. I would help m get dressed, give him his seizure medication, feed him breakfast and put him in his wheelchair. In 2019 I watched a girl who has a feeding tube. I would feed her and help her and with her math homework. This year I worked at a company in Spokane called A. G. E. S, through that company I provided all around care to special needs individuals. I administered medications, helped with homework, made dinner, cleaned and encouraged my client to keep working hard in school and life.
