About Annika

Hi! My name is Annika, and I am a rising sophomore Biology major in the Pre-Health Program with plans to attend medical school. I offer tutoring for students in elementary through high school, with a focus on math and science subjects. I have 3 years experience as a volunteer math and science tutor through the National Honor Society, where I was able to help students with homework, study habits, test prep, and overall strengthen the understanding of their course materials. Beginning next semester, I will also be working as a peer tutor in my college's Quantitative Reasoning center, providing support in general biology and chemistry. I believe every student can succeed with the right support. My tutoring approach focuses on patience, clear explanations, and adaptability. I also find hands-on engagement to be very successful (i. e. pen and paper vs. a computer). I am reliable, organized, and committed to helping your student achieve their goals!!!
