About Annika

Hi, my name is Annika and with about a year of experience supporting families, I aim to make a positive, lasting impact for the children I care for. I have experience in working with children who have disabilities, more specifically a year of experience with children who have autism. I was also a gymnastics coach for kids aged 1-12 years old. I was also a peer teacher in a Kindergarten classroom for a year where I would read, create lesson plans, and play with the kids at recess. I would say I am energetic, positive, patient, creative, and also responsible. I am comfortable caring for two children at once and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, light cooking, and caregiving of course. Whether we are playing games, making crafts, playing outside for physical activities, helping with homework, I prioritize fun and safety. I follow your lead regarding household rules and am happy to communicate through your preferred method.
