About Annika

Annika is an extremely reliable, responsible, and very caring person who was our nanny for our two preschool aged children for eight months. She was never late, was flexible with our erratic schedules, had excellent communication about the ups and downs for the day and focused on helping to ready my children for school by setting appropriate boundaries and rules as well as guiding home school curriculum I had purchased. As a former teacher with two master degrees she understands children and she is able to do gentle guidance with difficult behaviors/moods while remaining firm to the rules/boundaries. She enjoyed making up her own arts and crafts projects with our children which they always loved. She always made sure the house was tidy and picked up when she left and made sure the kids would help. She helped to develop a schedule for our children and ensured they were able to get outside to play as much as possible. She moved away from our area otherwise we would still employee her!
