About Annika

Hello! I am a reliable, patient and kind person with a love for teaching, writing and theater. I am a recent graduate of the University of Birmingham, with an MA in Shakespeare & Creativity. I have a degree in theater and original works, as well, having studied acting, play writing and directing in my undergrad. I went to a Waldorf school from kindergarten through 12th grade and, through my experience as a student and through the Waldorf Teacher Foundation Studies, I have developed an understanding of the development of children at all ages. I have been a Waldorf kindergarten teacher and I worked as a tutor for 3 years with the Catholic Community Services of Western Washington when I was in college in Seattle, WA. I am a skilled tutor of language arts, grammar, humanities, both creative and academic writing, and I have tutored k-4 grade math. I am a theater artist and I have experience teaching, directing and coaching children of groups, in plays, acting and drama games.
