About Annie

I’ve worked with a lot of childcare providers in different settings, and Annie has been the most impressive and skilled, by far. She not only met and exceeded expectations with her work with our two sons (ages 6 & 8), but also helped me as a parent unlock what goals and needs were best suited for our family. She provides a holistic approach and applies well-researched strategies. Her warm welcoming demeanor immediately engaged our children’s attentions and trust and they were able to learn, grow, and build valuable skills while not just having a good time but also feeling proud and confident about themselves and their new found abilities. She allowed our kids to feel heard and empowered while also keeping them accountable and respectful of themselves and others. She is reliable, empathetic, professional, safety-oriented, creative, and creates a warm and nurturing environment. She is also skilled at cooking/baking and mindful of healthy nutrition. In a short time, our sons were able to increase their independence by taking initiatives in handling daily responsibilities. Their listening and communication skills also improved and showed increased abilities to handle stress and conflict. Annie provided helpful feedback reports of the days or weeks events and identified individual strengths and areas for continued growth. We feel at total ease leaving our children in her hands and have been so grateful for the comfort and support she’s given our family. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality level child care, enrichment and/or tutoring.
