About Annie

My name is Annie (she/they) and I am a 28-year-old artist originally from the mid west. I am a natural caregiver and have experience providing care for young people (ages 3 and up), the elderly, and those recovering from surgery. I am responsible and reliable in all that I do with a quiet confidence that makes people feel safe and empowered. I describe my personality as trustworthy, intuitive, adaptable. I like working with kids because I believe in the power and beauty of intergenerational exchange. I like to provide care, friendship, and mentorship to those who are growing into their own personhood, sponges for knowledge and meaning-making, which in turn shapes my perspective on the world as we continue to learn and grow together. I began working with kids as a young person, babysitting and teaching dance classes. My skills include cooking, cleaning, helping with schoolwork, and encouraging creative expression.
