Annie is a very experienced and confident nanny who knows babies very well! From baby massage, to relieving gas, fussiness, teething and beyond- she seems to have solutions and methods for it all. She is more regimented than me, asking what my routine is (I didn't have one LOL) and has a background in teaching children, as well as being a wonderful mother herself. She's highly observant and loves to talk to you about things she notices, concerns she may have, or new ideas to offer.
