About Annie

I've dedicated myself to nurturing the lives of children since I was a teenager. In my opinion, there's no greater joy than sharing their love for life and learning. I'm in school to become an elementary school teacher, with interest in working in special education. Every job I've had he's mainly been in the childcare field, right now I work with the youth group at St. Barnabus. My patient and calm nature allows me to handle challenging situations with ease. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I believe in consistency, so I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. When it's time to have fun, I enjoy a wide range of activities, including outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and swimming supervision/lessons!
