I am a former teacher with a degree in Early Childhood/ Elementary Ed. With over 30 years of experience in childcare. I taught grades Pre-k, K, 1st and 3rd grade. I left my teaching career over 20 yrs ago to begin a daycare from my home. At the time I cared for 4 children ranging in ages 3 mos - 4 yrs old. I ran the daycare for about 3 yrs until I decided to become a full time nanny outside of my home. Since 2010 I have worked for 10 families as Nannying has become my FT profession. My responsibilities have been, but not limited to, meal prep for children, laundry for children, driving children to and from activities, organized play dates, trips to library, zoo, movies, beach etc. Currently I am with a family in Kenilworth who has a 21 mos old, and I am looking to add 1 more child to my day. Ann is FANTASTIC! We were lucky and blessed to have Ann care for our daughter from the time she was 4 months old until she was 2 1/2 years old. While it has been four years since we moved our daughter into a school environment, we still keep in close contact with Ann. She is a part of our family. Our daughter absolutely adores Miss Ann's (as she affectionately calls her) and talks about her all the time. Ann brought fun and learning into our daughter's life with her safe, loving and gentle demeanor.
