Annette interviewed with our family and from the moment we met her I could tell that she has a big heart and really loves working with children. She jumped right in and had a tea party with our daughter and even brought books of her own to show the kids. During our interview I was impressed on several occasions with how she handled situations with my children. She let them warm up to her and was very conscious of their emotions and body language. Due to our schedules we made the tough decision to go with another caregiver full time however Annette is at the top of our list for backup care.
