Hi, I'm Annette. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 6 years of experience supporting children, including those with autism and emotional or behavioral needs. My approach is calm, patient, and connection-based. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel understood, while also gently building skills through play, communication, and everyday routines. I have experience with emotional regulation, transitions, social skills, and helping children navigate big feelings in a grounded way. I'm especially a good fit for families looking for more than just supervision--those who value consistency, presence, and thoughtful support for their child's growth.
